The Loft
The Loft is the smallest of The Dwelling Hermitages and is
a perfect space for one person. It is surrounded by woods on the north and the south overlooks The Dwelling's
center flower gardens and memorial rose garden.
The Dwelling's beautiful Blueberry Trail is right outside the door of the Loft.
In the main room is a circular staircase, around which is a fully stocked kitchenette,
a sitting space and a half-bath. In the open upstairs loft is a single bed and a window that opens to the north.
The bed is snuggled under the apex of the roof giving the sleeping area a feeling
of a quiet hideaway. Because it is small and cozy, The Loft has been described by guests as "a place
to nest."
The Loft has electricity, thermostat regulated heat, hot water, a wood burning
stove and, of course, a screened porch.
