The Woodlands is a charming L-shaped hermitage named for its setting in the woods.
It is a quaint one-story cottage which will accommodate one or two people.

Along with many species of birds, deer often visit The Woodland's bird feeder. In the spring the forest floor in this area of the woods is covered with white trillium. The Village North Trail, the Peace Trail, and Beaver Trail are nearby.

The large windows in this hermitage face south and east and offer picturesque views of the forest and its wild life. This hermitage is perfect for guests who want to be more set apart or who love being in the woods.

One part of the L serves as the sleeping space and has a bathroom with a shower. One or two guests can stay here using the single bed with trundle pullout bed.

The other part has a kitchen nook and a sitting area with two easy chairs. There is full electricity, thermostat-regulated heat, hot water, a bath with shower, a fully equipped kitchenette, a wood burning stove and a screened porch.
